The Twelfth Annual Virginia Young Democrats J. Sargeant Reynolds Dinner!! A pre-dinner reception will be held at 6:30 and dinner will begin at 7:30. The dinner will feature special guest speakers including Secretary of Technology Eugene Huang and candidates for statewide office in 2005. We will be presenting the annual Emily Couric Scholarship Award.
